About Chad

Chad Massaker, CEO of Carceron

Chad Massaker is an honored graduate of Kennesaw State University (KSU), receiving a bachelor of science in psychology with a minor in information systems management. In 2003, he was awarded the KSU Psychology Alumnus of the Year. Chad has served as Carceron’s CEO & President for over 7 years. He has served on numerous metro-Atlanta non-profit boards. He is a graduate of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Cobb Program for 2006 and is a member of the Leadership Cobb Alumni Association.

Chad’s role at Carceron is business development through strict adherence to Carceron’s core values. Chad is responsible for setting leadership goals for management that focus on: development of a strong company culture where people love to come to work, customer service and solutions that create nothing less than raving fans, and, completion of goals that bring value to the company, such as information technology certifications.

Chad is currently a director with the Corporate Connections program, operated by Referrals4Life in Atlanta. Corporate Connections groups are closed contact, referral marketing groups consisting of business-to-business only business owners and executives. Chad is also the president of this own Corporate Connections chapter, Synergy, located in Marietta, GA.
